The 1st international, scientific BeSafeBeeHoney conference was held in Larissa, Greece, in the days 28-29 May 2024, gathering distinguished apiculture researchers and other experts from European countries and beyond. During the conference, some selected challenges and opportunities for the apiculture sector, as expressed by keynote and other speakers, were identified and edited into a conference concluding statement along with recommendations for mitigation of these challenges via policy measures.
